What we collect
Your email address, if you voluntarily submit it through the newsletter subscribe form — used only as described below.
Separately, this site uses Yandex Metrica, a third-party analytics service, to understand how visitors use the site. It sets cookies and may record anonymized session activity (pages viewed, clicks, scroll behavior, approximate location from IP) to help us see what's working. It does not collect your name or email unless you separately give it to us through the subscribe form. You can see Yandex's own privacy terms at yandex.com/legal/confidential, or block this kind of tracking with a browser extension or by disabling cookies.
What it's used for
Your email is used solely to send occasional updates about new paintings, sessions, and journal entries from this studio. It is never sold, shared, or used for anything beyond that.
Who processes it
The newsletter is run through Buttondown, a third-party email service. Your address is stored on their servers under their own privacy policy. We don't have a separate database or export of subscriber emails outside of Buttondown.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. To have your address removed sooner, or to ask what data is held about you, email info.innersight.art@gmail.com directly.
Buying or inquiring about a painting
If you contact Tatiana directly via Telegram or email to ask about or purchase a piece, that conversation happens on those platforms under their own privacy terms — it is not added to the newsletter list unless you separately subscribe.
